We have worked with Elizabeth for 2 homes now, and would never choose any other realtor. Responsive, attentive to detail, and to the point. Couldn't ask for more when dealing with what can be a very stressful transaction.

Elizabeth was great to work with, every step of the way! When the buyer's agent continually dropped the ball, she stepped in and got things done so that our sale could actually go through. If it hasn't been for that extra effort on Elizabeth's part, we would have had to go back on the market and start over. I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone buying or selling!

Elizabeth did an amazing job assisting me in the sale of my home. She was especially helpful since I live out of state and had to handle the sale remotely. Elizabeth personally toured my home and coordinated all of repairs and touch ups prior to the listing going live. She went above and beyond the duties of a seller's agent, even doing some yardwork! She was a pleasure to work with; seemingly available at all times to assist with any questions or concerns I may have had! My home sold much quicker than I had anticipated. Elizabeth did an outstanding job of guiding us thru the process of selling our home and buying our next house. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and trends. We did not want a salesperson and she wasn't. We found houses that we wanted to see and she made herself available for us to see them in a fast moving market. We started our search in Maryland and wound up buying in Pennsylvania, and guess what? She is licensed in both states a big plus! When we needed a push to list our house, Elizabeth gave us the "nudge" we needed.
